The HySecurity SlideDriver 80-C UPS is an industrial slide gate operator designed and manufactured by HySecurity for correctional use with a backup UPS battery unit. This opener has two parts: the SlideDriver 80-C UPS and the DC Power Supply 120. This operator can support and mobilize gates up to 8,000 pounds on a continuous-duty hydraulic cycle. Hydraulic motors control the compressed polyurethane AdvanceDrive wheels used to drive the gate. The strong 12-gauge steel chassis contains and protects all internal mechanisms of the operator. This gate opener is fast, moving gates at 1 foot per second. The 80-C UPS model contains an uninterruptible DC Power Supply that provides power to the unit upon AC power loss. This model also includes corrections, adding all control wiring necessary for high-security locations such as prison compounds, law enforcement, and court systems.
