Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Secure Openers or when the product manufacturer's return policies supersede our own. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. Do not return goods to Secureopeners.com without first securing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Any returns without an RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@SecureOpeners.com or call (888) 378-1127 to speak with a representative about returning merchandise.

For any returned product that received a free shipping offer, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer and shipping back to SecureOpeners.com. The product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If the product is damaged when received from Discount Fence Supply, Inc., we reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of recuperating our cost on the product. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on any and all returned products.
